Holy crap this is awesome
Even though I was slightly disappointed in MGMT's live show at Slim's last month, I'm still pretty into the album and EP. So after I missed them on Conan the other night I turned to YouTube to see how they performed there, because I still care, I really do. Anyway, I found the vid and it was fine, pretty much the same as what I saw at Slim's. BUT I noticed in the "related videos" section a vid called "MGMT + Daft Punk = One More Time To Pretend." Wow! This mash-up is goddamn amazing. Here's the vid:
I'm guessing that the "Light My Fire" riff at the end is in reference to their performance on Letterman a while back. In any case, brilliant!
